Spend 7 nights living onboard a modern sailing boat as part of a ‘ladies only crew’ exploring beautiful coastlines and islands at leisure. You will be staying on board a Bavaria 45 (45 foot monohull), professionally skippered and hosted by two lovely ladies.


This is a gentle adventure holiday geared for teamwork and relaxation, mindfulness and recuperation, sociable, friendly and lots of fun!
We sail or motor to a different harbour every day and can include a stop at an anchorage on the way.  There will be plenty of time to participate in sailing, boat handling, swimming, taking therapeutic walks, exploring beautiful villages and anchorages or simply relaxing on deck with a book.

Enjoy optional mindful morning stretches followed by freshly prepared breakfasts after which we sail or motor to a different harbour every day. We often include a stop at an anchorage on the way to enjoy swimming and eating delicious lunches served on board.

You don’t need to have previous sailing experience to come on our sailing holidays, but this is an opportunity for hands on experience to be part of the crew working together as a team even if you only want to help with making tea and washing up!  We love teaching sailing and will encourage active participation but that is not compulsory.   Your skipper will happily teach any of the sailing and boat handling that interests you.

Enjoy relaxed sailing as part of a team, you’ll learn how to work together to sail the boat and even share galley duties!

A Croatian sailing charter lets you experience a paradise of turquoise seas, quiet, colourful islands, picturesque port towns steeped in history, delicious fresh seafood, and friendly, welcoming locals.  Dubrovnik is one of Croatia’s ancient coastal cities, ‘the Pearl of the Adriatic’, is numbered among the best-preserved mediaeval walled cities on Earth. Croatia presents conditions ideal for those new to coastal sailing.

Dubrovnik’s historic fortifications surround picturesque white stone buildings, their terracotta roofs standing out in contrast to the rich azure blue of the Adriatic beyond. The Old Town is a taste of Mediterranean life from another era. The harbour is overlooked by Dubrovnik’s ancient citadels and scattered with a number of spectacular Renaissance palaces leading on to a warren of pedestrian-only streets. Crystal-clear blue waters give way to white-sand beaches and secluded coves, while the thousands of Croatian islands offer endless opportunities for adventure.

Just outside Dubrovnik harbour, you’ll find the first of Croatia’s many isles: densely wooded Lokrum, home to the ruins of a Benedictine monastery. Sail north and discover Mljet National Park, home to natural harbours, stunning beaches, and tidal island lakes, and the island getaways of Korčula and Lastovo. Beyond are the countless islands of the Dalmatian coast, and a wealth of golden beaches, delicious seafood restaurants, and exciting nightlife.

We island-hop to explore unspoiled coves, dramatic waterfalls and lush, green forests. Then venture into the towns and cities around our bases to embrace a melting pot of history, culture and gastronomy.

Embarkation is at ACI Marina Dubrovnik on Sunday around 6.00 pm

Disembarkation is at ACI Marina Dubrovnik the following Sunday at 9 am.

Nearest Airport:  Dubrovnik International Airport, also referred to as Cilipi Airport is located approximately 9.6 miles from Dubrovnik city center, near the suburb village of Cilipi.

Marina facilities:  Sunsail yachts are located on quay No. E.  This modern marina offers, electricity, fuel station, water, grocery shop, shower/toilets, laundry

Food:  Breakfast and lunch are eaten on board, (prepared beautifully by your host) and we generally have evening meals in one of the wonderful local restaurants. Team supper on board is an option if we anchor in a quiet bay overnight.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Non-refundable £40 booking charge the remaining can be fully refunded on cancellation up until 90 days prior to departure.
  • Cancellations made after 60 days prior to embarkation 50% refund
  • Cancellations made after 40 days prior to embarkation are non-refundable.

We highly recommend you buy your holiday insurance as soon as possible. We day sail on a chartered yacht on inshore waters, during the day so insurance needs to be for activity holidays, inshore waters, flotilla sailing.
